Fuzhou Colshine Electric Co., Ltd. is a professional LED lighting manufacturer dedicated to providing high-quality, energy-efficient lighting solutions to global clients. Founded in 2004, we have grown into a comprehensive enterprise integrating R&D, production, sales, and service. Our 30,000 square meter factory is equipped with advanced production facilities and staffed by over 500 skilled employees.

Injection Molding

Our 12,000 sqm injection molding workshop features 30 high-precision injection molding machines ranging from 80 to 500 tons. We produce all plastic housings, optical lenses, and structural components in-house using high-grade PC and ABS materials, ensuring consistent quality and full control over the supply chain.

SMT Assembly

State-of-the-art SMT production lines equipped with high-speed Yamaha and JUKI pick-and-place machines. Our automated SMT department handles LED PCB assembly with precision placement accuracy, supporting both SMD 2835, 3030, and 5050 LED packages with capacities of 1.2 million components per day.

Aging Test

Every LED product undergoes a mandatory 4 to 24-hour aging test before leaving the factory. Our automated aging test chambers simulate real-world operating conditions including high temperature (60°C), humidity, and voltage fluctuation, ensuring long-term reliability and reducing field failure rates to less than 0.2%.

QC Inspection

Multi-stage quality control with dedicated QC team of 45 inspectors. From incoming material inspection (IQC) to in-process quality control (IPQC) and final quality assurance (FQC), every product passes through 12 inspection checkpoints including appearance, electrical performance, photoelectric parameters, and waterproof testing.

Packaging

Professional packaging department with standardized packaging procedures for international shipping. Products are carefully packaged to withstand long-distance ocean freight. We offer custom packaging options including branded cartons, color boxes, blister packs, and palletization according to client requirements.
